Training FAQs
- 01For Products: Retail products purchased from Lit Circuit are custom printed and shipped from our fulfillment partner Printful. As such, we only offer returns if items are misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective. In these cases, returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the item. If you need to return an item, please first email us at help@litcircuit.org. We will provide you with detailed instructions for how to successfully return this item to our printing partner. For Trainings: Refunds are only issued in the event that we cancel the training. However, we may reschedule your training for a future date if: - You contact us at least 48 hours before the event. - You reschedule your training for one within 3 months of the original training. For Digital Access Products There are no refunds for digital access products due to the nonreturnable nature of the product.
